SUPER ECOPLAST – Professional Ecological Emulsion Paint

Super Eco Plast is a high quality ecological emulsion paint for interior use. Due to its special formula, it protects the user and does not pollute the environment. It is certified by ASAOS and fulfills the criteria of the European Union Ecolabel Board (EUEB). Super Eco Plast is ammonia free and it is ideal for all inhabited interior areas. This paint does not contain dangerous substances, such as heavy metals, formaldehyde, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Premium quality, vinyl emulsion paint based on PVA VEOVA copolymers. It provides great hiding power, superior whiteness and exceptional resistance to frequent washing and atmospheric weathering. It has very good leveling properties and produces a smooth, flat surface. It has low smell during the application. Super Eco Plast is used for the preparation of an unlimited number of shades through Daylux’s Tinting System “D-MIX”.

Product Information

Use on: Every interior surface made of concrete, plaster, wood, hardboard,asbestos cement, bricks, etc.

Application: Roller, brush, or airless spray.

Coverage: 11-13 m²/L per coat on properly prepared surfaces.

Touch dry: 1-2 hours in a day around 25 °C.

Cleaning of tools: Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water and if needed with soapy water or detergent.

Note: Surfaces painted with SUPER EcoPlast can be washed after 2-3 weeks. Wash gently with water using a soft sponge. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces should be clean, dry and smooth, free from dust, grease loose or flaking paint. Use DAYLUX Unoplast Putty to fill any cracks or holes. New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, cement, stucco, rendering, plaster board etc. must first be coated with DAYLUX Emulsion Primer.

Storage

Store in accordance with local regulations. Store in a dry, cool and well- ventilated area. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Safety Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use empty container for storing food. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin and eyes wash immediately with soap and water. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container.

EU limit value for this product category A/a Paints for interior walls and ceilings (gloss ≤ 25 @ 60° ): 75 g/l (2007) and 30 g/l (2010). This product contains max 10 g/l VOCs.
