GOLDEN ® Kitchen & Bathroom – Premium Quality Ecological Emulsion Paint

GOLDEN ECO is a premium quality ecological emulsion paint for interior use. Due to its special formula, it protects the user and does not pollute the environment. It is certified by ASAOS and fulfills the criteria of the European Union Ecolabel Board (EUEB). Golden Eco is ammonia free and it is ideal for all inhabited interior areas. This paint does not contain dangerous substances, such as heavy metals, formaldehyde, and aromatic hydrocarbons. It has great hiding power, superior whiteness, brightness and vivid shades with long lasting color stability. It gives a beautiful mat finish, with outstanding resistance to frequent washing and to adverse
weather conditions. The anti-flaming properties of the paint make it safer by not contributing to the growth of fire and it is flame retardants. Golden Eco has special hypoallergenic and antibacterial formulation which makes this premium paint suitable to coat surfaces which require extra hygienic and aseptic conditions like hospitals, surgery rooms, maternity clinics, children’s rooms, food storage houses, gyms etc.

Product Information

Use on: Every interior surface made of walls, concrete, plaster, wood, hardboard, asbestos cement, bricks, etc.

Application: Apply by roller, brush or airless gun spray.

Coverage: 12-14 m² /L, on a properly prepared surface, depending on the surface
texture and the method of application.

Drying time: 1-2 hours depending on the atmospheric conditions.

Recoat: After 3-4 hrs. Under cooler or humid conditions, allow longer times.

Color shades: GOLDEN ECO is produced in white and can be colored according to
the Daylux’s “D-MIX” Tinting System.

Note: Surfaces painted with GOLDEN ECO must not be washed until 4 weeks after
the application. Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water and if
needed with soapy water or detergent. Temperature must be above 5 °C during
application and drying time.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces should be clean, dry, smooth, free from dust, grease, loose or flaking paint. On new or old surfaces, previously painted with lime, poorly adhesive coatings or poor quality paints, scrape off all loose and flaking paint, sand with a suitable abrasive paper and then prime with isolating water-based Daylux Acrylic Primer 100% or Emulsion Primer. It is suitable for plaster, concrete, bricks, wood, etc. Golden Eco has great working and leveling properties, strong adhesion and quick drying.

Storage

Store in accordance with local regulations .Store in a dry ,cool and well- ventilated area. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Paint must be stored in temperatures between 5-30°C.

Safety Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use empty container for storing food. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin and eyes wash immediately with soap and water or suitable skin cleaner. Personal protective equipment and glasses should be worn, when using spray equipment. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container. Disposal of the empty containers or unused paint must be performed in compliance with local regulations.

VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds)

The concentration in VOC of ready for use product has 10 g/l. The maximum concentration in VOC according to Directive 2004/42/EC is 30 g/l (2010). (Category A: “a”. Type: WB, Interior matt walls and ceilings (Gloss<25@60°)).
