DAYPLASTFINE – Economical Ecological Emulsion Paint

FINE DAYPLAST is an economical, decorative emulsion paint, with superior hiding power, suitable for the protection and decoration of indoor walls or surfaces made of concrete, plaster, wood, hardboard, asbestos cement, bricks, etc. It is applied easily, spreads smoothly and develops a beautiful mat finish. FINE DAYPLAST is fire retardant, does not contribute to the growth of fire and combines great performance, superior hiding power and strong adhesion. It is harmless to human health.

Description

Use on: Every interior wall made of concrete, plaster, wood, hardboard,
asbestos cement, bricks, etc.

Application: Roller, brush, spray or airless spray.

Packing: It is available in 1 kg, 5 kg , 15 kg dhe 25 kg pails.

Thinning: 5-10% with clean water.

Coverage: 8-9m ²/kg approximately, on properly prepared surfaces. Drying times on a day around 25 °C:

Touch dry: 1-2 hours.

Recoat: After 3-4 hrs. Under cooler or humid conditions, allow longer times. Temperature must be above 5 °C and below 40 °C during application and drying time.

Colour shades: Available in white. FINE DAYPLAST can be used for the preparation of a different number of shades through Daylux’s Tinting System “D-MIX”

Cleaning of Tools: Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water
and if needed with soapy water or detergent.

Ensure that the surface is in sound condition, dry, free from grease, dust, dirt, concrete salts and poorly adhesive materials. On new or old surfaces, previously painted with lime, poorly adhesive coatings or poor quality paints, scrape off all loose and flaking paint in prime with DAYLUX Emulsion Primer.

Store in accordance with local regulations .Store in a dry ,cool and well- ventilated area. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use empty container for storing food. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin and eyes wash immediately with soap and water. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container.

EU maximum VOC content limit values (Directive 2004/42/CE)for this product (category A/a “Interior matt walls and ceilings (Gloss≤ 25@60°)” Type WB): 75g/l(2007), 30g/l (2010). This product contains maximum 29g/l VOCs (ready for use product).
