Description
Use on: Any exterior and interior metallic, wooden and other surfaces.
Application: Roller, brush, spray or air-less spray gun. Always stir well before use.
Packing: Available in 750ml & 3L cans.
Thinning: Roller – brush: Thin 5-15% by volume, with DAYLUX’s solvent D200. Spray or airless spray: Thin 20-30% by volume, with DAYLUX’s solvent D200.
Coverage: About 13-16 m²/L depending on the application method and the absorption of the surface.
Drying: Touch dry about 2-3 hours after. Apply a second coat, if necessary, about 5-6 hours after the previous coat. Drying time depends on weather conditions. Under cooler or humid conditions, allow longer times. Temperature must be above 5°C during application.
Colours: Available in 24 basic colours according to SuperLac color card.
Note: Clean brushes and other equipment with DAYLUX’s Thinner D200 after application. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Use suitable personal protective equipment, as necessary.
Ensure that the surface is in sound condition. Use sanding paper on the surface before application. The surface must be dry, free from rust, grease, dust, dirt and poorly adhesive materials and ideally painted with ANTICOR Metal Primer of DAYLUX. Always, stir well before use. After thinning, apply one full coat of and sand smoothly. For a superb finish with exceptional properties, sand the first coat smoothly and apply a second one.
Store in accordance with local regulations. Store in a dry ,cool and well- ventilated area. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. In case of contact rinse immediately with plenty of water and if necessary seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe spray mist or sanding dust. Wear eye protection and gloves during application or sanding. A dust particulate respirator should be worn when sanding or spraying.
