K21 – Crystal-Like Wood Adhesive

High quality adhesion used for wooden surfaces of rapid thickening, crystal like presenting excellent mechanical and adhesive properties. It is used for the adhesion of every type of wooden surface. It does not affect the colour shade of the surface since the film that is formed turns into transparent when dried.

Product Information

Use on: every surface made of wood.

Application: It can be applied by roller or pain brush.

Packing: It is available in 1kg, 4kg and 20kg pails.

Thinning: Maximum 5-10% with clean water.

Coverage: 4-7m²/kg depending on the type of the wood and the smoothness.

Touch dry: The surfaces which are glued must stay pressed for at least 2-3 hours. The final adhesion is achieved after 24 hours.

Note: Tools must be cleaned with clean water or white spirit after usage.

Instructions

The surface on which adhesion is going to take place should be dry and clean. We apply glue K21 of DAYLUX on both surfaces by roller or pain brush. Then we bring both surfaces in contact by pressing for 2 – 3 hours. After usage the can should be closed.

Surface Preparation

Ensure that the surface is in sound condition, dry, free from grease, dust or dirt.

Storage

Store in accordance with local regulations .Store in a dry ,cool and well- ventilated area. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

Safety Precautions

Keep locked. Keep out of the reach of children. Wear protective clothes and gloves. If swallowed seek medical advice and show this container or label. Use in well ventilated areas. Do not empty into drains.
