GRAFITE is a protective and decorative paint, which gives an excellent rough mat metallized finish to the coated surface. It is applied directly on corroded metallic surfaces, with no need for anticorrosive primer. It also exhibits good adhesion on galvanized surfaces. Grafite is the easy and effective solution for decoration, protection and renewal of interior and exterior metallic surfaces, for the house and all the contemporary buildings, such as doors, railings, columns, handrails and small metalwork items. It provides excellent antirust protection with long term colour retention. It exhibits strong adhesion, very good working and levelling properties and gives a spectacular result.

Product Information

Use on: Any metallic surface (old or new).

Application: It can be applied by brush or airless spray gun.

Packing: Only in 750ml cans.

Thinning: Diluted with 10-15% Daylux’s D200 thinner if used with brush, and 20% if used with airless spray gun.

Coverage: 8-10m²/750ml depending on the thickness of the paint and absorption power of the surface.

Drying time: Touch dry 4 hours after usage. It can be recoated after 24 hours. Drying time depends on the weather conditions.

Colours: Available in 24 readymade colours.

Note: Clean all the painting materials with D200 after usage.

Surface preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from poorly adhering material, dirt and grease and be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper.

Storage

Store according to the local regulations. Do not store in temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C.

Informacion Rreth Produktit

Perdorimi: Ne cdo siperfqe metalike te vjeter ose te re.

Aplikimi: Mund te lyhet me furce ose me pistolete me ajer. Duhet trazuar mire perpara perdorimit.

Paketimi: Vetem ne kanace 750ml.

Tretja: Hollohet me 10-15% dylen D200 i firmes Daylux nese behet lyerja me furce, dhe 15-20% nese lyhet me pistolete me ajer.

Mbulimi: 8-10m²/750ml ne varesi te trashesise se filmit te bojes si dhe te fuqise thithese te siperfaqes.

Koha e tharjes: 4 ore pas lyerjes. Mund te rilyhet pas 24 oresh. Koha e tharjes varion bazuar ne kushtet atmosferike.

Ngjyrat: Eshte e mundur ne 24 ngjyrat e pergatitura.

Shenim: Pastroni mjetet e punes me dylen D200 pas perdorimit.

Pergatitja e Siperfaqes

Siperfaqja duhet te jete e paster, e thate dhe pa materiale ngjitese, pluhur ose yndyrna. Gjithashtu duhet ferkuar me letren e pershtatshme zmeriluese.

Ruajtja

Duhet mbajtur sipas rregullave lokale. Nuk duhet ruajtur ne temperatura nen 5°C dhe mbi 40°C. Duhet te ruhet sipas kerkesave dhe rregullave lokale, ne vende te thata, te fresketa dhe te ajerosura mire . Ambalazhi i hapur duhet te vendoset ne pozicion te drejte per  te shmangur rrjedhjen e permbajtjes.
