Mix in 6 lt pure water gradually in 15 kg of UNOPLAST powder, preferably with a mechanical stirrer, until it becomes homogenous. Leave the paste to rest for a bit before application. Stir regularly the paste to soften it, without further addition of water.
The material is applied with a spatula in 2 or more coats to a total thickness that is recommended not to exceed 5mm. The time between the layers should be not less than 3-4 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity of the environment.
The final layer can be sanded with fine abrasive paper after 12 hours and then dusted.
The putty is applied and allowed to dry at a temperature of 5°C to 35°C. If applied at temperatures above 35°C, before applying, the surface must be wetted with water. Dry sanding will give rise to dust. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Use suitable respiratory protective equipment.
